We are a team of school ICT technicians based in Redditch. We have various level of experience but we all share a common idea that ICT can make a real difference for everyone in a school, whatever their role.
"They are always professional and approachable and explain things so that the not-so-techy layman can understand." Response to our client survey, 2017
We believe in a proactive nature to our ICT support, and resolutions that are a long term fix - not a short term bodge. We work with SMT and all staff to get the right solution.
ICT Services Manager
Matt has over 11 years experience with IT in schools, working in the Primary and Secondary sectors. His job is to manage the technical overview and service delivery of IT support. He is your personal Network manager for your school if we work with you.
Matt is on the Senior Management Team at St Bede’s and also has experience of being Chair of Governors for a Worcestershire primary school.
Andy Broad is an experienced former network manager at a middle school, and has extensive experience from working in secondary schools in Worcestershire.
Andy often works behind the scenes on more complex technical issues - but can also regularly be found getting involved in classrooms and giving training to staff.
Andy loves cookies.
2nd Level Technician
Daniel has experience of primary school ICT support and now works with us supporting our first and middle schools. He has a very approachable manner, and a can do attitude which schools love.
Dan likes traveling and listening to music, preferably both at the same time.
James joined us in April 2016. James works at first schools, supporting staff and classes with their IT. Although new to the industry, and on our training programmes, James has a real passion for customer service and is learning quickly.
James used to be a chef - all the team have already got their orders in for summer BBQs!
Paul is situated at Church Hill as their onsite technician, however he is part of our team and using our systems. Paul attends our training and meetings, and regularly works on the Abbeywood site as well.
Paul enjoys off roading in his 4x4 and can occasionally be found as a Viking.
